Mathematical equations cannot be shown properly in the iPad or iPhone app
Mathematical equations can be shown in desktop or web app, but not in the new APP. Please fix it. Thanks.
Table Formatting Issue – Markdown Tables Not Displaying Correctly
I’m having an issue with the table formatting in my notes. Whenever I try to create a table, it doesn’t display correctly and shows the Markdown code as plain text instead. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Could you please help me fix this issue?
Cant Load
The website seems laggy. I have to press a button and then wait a while before it shows up. Then when I ask a question, I have to wait 3 minutes and the whole website has to reload before the answer appears. (It’s not a network problem, because other websites don’t have this issue.)
Wording bugs
I saw this sometimes in Memo's reply, which let me so hard to see the reply. Some wordings are stick together and looks like a signature

App suddenly crashes itself
When doing flashcards, suddenly the app might crash itself and end up in a white screen. It lasts for a few minutes and suddenly fixes itself. Hope this can be solved soon.

The “Highlight” marked in the generated Notes through Desktop cannot be shown properly in APP. It is very inconvenient and weird. Please find the screenshots and fix it. Thanks

track apears locked
so i generated a track but only two lessons apear available, the others say locked. when i talked with the ai chat it first stated it was normal and to give it time, still after 35 min the track is still locked. the ai chat says that the track is there and to request for help so here i am

I created a learning track from a PDF document and it was so wonky, the lessons said they were from certain pages of the PDF however none of them matched up at all.

Source not uploading
I've been trying to upload my source for five minutes now and it hasn't uploaded and just stays on 100%. I am on the free plan and it still isn't just working, I have tried to reupload it multiple times.

Memo cannot find shading resources
Consistently fails to process documents because shading resources cannot be found, great app generally but can be unusable at times when 50% of uploaded documents fail to be made into cards because of a shading error.
