Technical support isn't answering me.

I've left all these questions with technical support, but no one has answered: I have several questions in addition to the bulk deletion issue, for example: I don't know if I should review the cards when they are presented stacked with the progress bar on top (by the way, sometimes it doesn't show me the entire contents of the card and forces me to scroll to see it all, which is very unpleasant. Can this be fixed?). Or if I should review them using the section below, where they are presented one by one with options to play, sort, and titles.
