Can you please be more lenient on the free features?

Hi memo, you have been a great help to my studies and I always score nearly full marks for every humanities exam with you. As a loyal consumer, I did look at your pay plans and found it a bit expensive for my budget, especially for a student. I would be happy to purchase, but can you please add some more discounts? Or alternatively, to establish an even more loyal fanbase, can you make more features free as the obsessive request to update to pro is driving me away from memo. Thank you.

For very very long waiting time

First of all, It takes a very long time for me to get an answer for my questions, especially when I am using ChatGPT-5.2 as the targeted AI and asking the coding questions (this problem also happens when I am using other AI and asking simpler questions). It takes too long that the website shows no response and forces me to reload the page. Secondly, also talking about the ChatGPT-5.2, sometimes it shows errors when I ask questions which force me not to use ChatGPT-5.2 as the targeted AI. You can see the error message in the appendix. Lastly a small suggestion for the text box for us to type the question for AI, could it be set as a client side display instead of server side. As it already takes a very long time for loading, if the text box is kept as the server side, it's quite frustrating for us to type and wait so long to see what we have typed.

Usage

Hello I have an emergency problem 👋🏻 I don’t know why the usage page keep on showing that i generate ‘practice test’ but actually I didn’t l just did the track and yesterday I had checked the usage it was located in 51% before I slept and this morning I found that it become 15% without using is there have any bugs? Short cut button in the learning Track MCQ/ SQ

The learning Track function is cool. But it would be nice if shortcut button like: “Space Bar” for next question, “L-shift” for skip question. When I’m doing the question. It would be a lot smoother if I can stay both off my hands in the keyboard, but not constantly switching my right hand between the mouse. Please consider, it would help me a lot!
