AI Chat Table Rendering Bug: Raw Citation Tags and UUIDs in V8

In the V8 version (rebuild), AI chat tables are failing to render citation badges correctly, showing raw tags like and UUIDs (e.g., cbc4f3e5...). This issue was not present in the legacy version. User was summarizing content from a source when this occurred. This is a rendering regression from the legacy version.
