May I ask are the files not being imported correctly? We will look into it.

There are some things happening.
1. Sometimes I select the files and it doesn’t upload, on the old version.
2. On the new website, I can upload the file and it starts generating cards, but when it’s close to the end, it stops and I can’t get the cards.
3. Both sites are extremely slow, and my internet is fine. It used to work pretty well, but it’s more than a month than I can’t generate cards anymore
