Bug: Last question (Q10) in 10-question Practice Test (Short Answer) unmarked

I've found a bug where the last question (Q10) in a 10-question Practice Test (Short Answer) is often unmarked and given 0 marks, even though I've written an answer. This happens consistently when I do tests with 10 questions.
