please do something about the chat. it keeps deleting the chat history and its exhausting having to retype the same thing over and over again. honestly thinking about canceling my membership

    Thanks for flagging this and I'm really sorry to hear about the frustrating experience with the chat history. That definitely shouldn't be happening.

    To help me figure out what's going on, would you mind sending a screenshot of what you're seeing when the chat history gets deleted?
