Chunks skipped repeatedly

Hi,

I have repeatedly tried creating flashcards for a textbook, but the program keeps skipping over 6 or 7 chunks that are important for me to study.

The following error code appeared:

An error occurred while processing chunk 4: RetryError[<Future at 0x7f1d627a9f60 state=finished raised InvalidRequestError>]. Chunk will be skipped

How can I stop this from happening?
