Deck feedback

Hello, got some feedback for the generated deck:

1. Remove the tacky "created by pdf2anki" h1 tag. That's like slapping an apple sticker on your crappy Honda. One has nothing to do with the other, and it's very distracting. I understand you put a lot of work into this tool, and you may think you're entitled to credit, but let's be honest - the content isn't yours, and you're taking away from your tool's effectiveness by distracting the user.

2. Add an option to include a TTS tag as well, so that Anki reads it to you. It's quite easy to do. Maybe with a drop-down for how fast to read text. This should get you started:
