Direct video upload and visual-only processing (OCR from video)

I want to be able to upload screen recording videos (e.g., of me reviewing practice questions) directly to Memo and have the AI generate notes from the visual content, even if there is no audio. This is important because I often record my screen while studying without speaking, and I'd like Memo to capture that information automatically.
