File count discrepancy in app and dashboard

I am experiencing a significant discrepancy in the file count displayed within the Memo app and the dashboard view. Approximately last week, I noticed that when checking the app, many of my files were missing from the display. While the left panel of the desktop version correctly shows all my previously saved documents, the right panel on the desktop only displays a partial set of files. This issue prevents me from seeing all my files, especially on the mobile app, and has not occurred before.
