I am trying to upload a file that is 5.4MB large and it keeps saying that the file size is exceeded even though the plan allows for 10MB file size. This program has been really useful so I hope I can continue using it!
Hi apologies - we have realised there is a typo on the pricing page - we want to clarify that the free plan has a 5MB upload limit. If needed, you can compress your PDF with an online compress tool. Thanks!
