FR: Have Default Custom Sample Training Question-Answer

I don't know if it's just me, but I don't think the sample training question and answer that is on the right-hand side of the page gets saved (it gets defaulted every time I insert a new PDF. If I just make my questions the same way, it would be nice to have those custom question and answers saved.
