Generating an Incorrect Deck

Since I have been using the service, I notice that it adds in random cards such as "What is the capital of france?", I normally edit these out. Today I uploaded my pdf on the spinal cord, and the deck created had nothing to do with my pdf. The deck it formed was one chunk, and all on endocrine hormones. I tried this 5 times on both safari and google chrome, on both the new version and the legacy version, and it keeps making wrong cards.
