I'm not able to upload my PDF

I bought memo card AI version yesterday only so that I can upgrade my PDF limit from 50 MB to 500 MB, still not able to upload my 400 MB PDF and even after compressing and making it to 124 MB PDF it's still not uploading.

Please help
