Improving filesystem/organization of decks

Add colors, better and more aesthetically pleasing (Google Drive-style) organization of folders and nested decks, and ability to default-create into the selected folder (currently, if I click onto a folder and try to create a deck from pdf, it will be created into my main directory, not the selected folder).
