Incorrect 'Added' Date and List Formatting for Anki Exports

I am experiencing an issue when exporting flashcards from Memo to Anki. After importing into Anki (version 2.1.50 on macOS), all cards display an "Added" date of 1970-01-01 @ 07:30 instead of the actual date of import. It seems the export file may not be passing a valid added/created timestamp. Additionally, if there is a numbered list, the last number becomes a bullet when importing. I would like a fix or update to ensure correct dates and formatting are included in exported files.
