Make number of generated subjects dependent on input size and complexity

The chosen number 10 for how many subjects are auto-generated is arbitrary. This frequently yields too much or not enough resolution in the mapping from input text to subjects. If textbook A has twice as many chapters as B, it should have roughly double the number of subjects too. Otherwise, even just using chapter names, if present, for subjects would be a better solution.
