Merging flashcards

I’ve started creating flashcards that have very similar topics and was wondering if there can be a new option to merge flashcards together to create one bigger flashcard deck. I originally was just going to put them in a file together but discovered that they don’t count towards the reviewing of all my flashcard piles if they are in a file within another file. Thank you!
