No longer able to login

Since the platform updated to the new version, I have been unable to login into my power user account. I am given a vague "something went wrong" error when trying to login, or it will appear to be logged in for a couple minutes, and then log me out with an error message. Please help me fix this. I am paying for this service and can't use it. Thank you!
