NOTHING is working and has not been for days

been trying to create new decks for days, both websites are so slow, when im lucky enough to get one loading, in the old website the file wont upoload or the generate button wont work or the generate new batch button wont work either and I lose the 10 chucks made so far, the new website instead will give me an error at the end of the generating process
