PDF annotations and fluorescent notation

Users want to be able to annotate and fluoresce PDF files directly within the Memo platform. In particular, users would like to be able to handwrite or mark up PDFs with tips from their interactions with the AI Teacher for future review, thus enhancing learning and interaction.
