Requests: Being able to save your progress in your account and adding new cards when editing

Since I like editing my anki cards in the website there should be a way to link your progress and cards in our accounts so they wouldn't get lost if something happens as safari crashing or clicking to return by mistake. Also adding new cards would be amazing too, just to make it easier to have as many cards as one would want
