Significant ISSUE with practice test right now

After I finish an exercise, it shows the correct score at first with the marking, but when I exit the exam and refresh the page and I click back inside, the questions are marked as 0 marks! This is a significant issue as I am unable to check my originally correct answer PLUS the markscheme dissappears as well! Please resolve this ASAP!
