Skip/delet/replace questions in track

Would be nice to have the option to skip delete or replace individual questions and track.

And also to just go through a book using the voice merch and skipping like the whole question part because some books and some chapters some parts of books I don't need to be questions on I just want to let go for them with with a guidance and it would be nice to see which parts I've already seen and at the moment I just like Sprint through the question questions and like click on anything.

It would be nice if you could individually track teaching marriage and the questions so if I've done the teaching mode and if I've already done the questions so I can either like go through them and do do different teaching modes and then just do the questions for the parts that I need
