Tutor replies too slowly..

when i upload a new file,, use the name on the file stop telling me to put a new name.

    Thank you for this feedback! I have just rolled out a new update just now so that the deck name is prefilled with your PDF file name: https://www.pdf2-anki.com/changelog/changelog/add-cards-in-empty-pages-pre-filled-deck-title

    Regarding the slow tutor reply, it speed will be dependent on the concurrent usage at that time and we are actively are working to further improve it. May I ask what is your average reply time from the tutor?
