Taking way too long

It's been six hours and my PDF is not even converted to Anki flashcards. I paid to upgrade to the premium plan so I can save time when creating a deck. But it would have been much simpler for me to manually create these cards myself, so I don't have to wait around and waste time for it to finish (never knowing if it actually will, since the loading screen has been the same for six hours). I don't even know if my cards will be generated by the time my test comes since it's taking forever.

    Appreciate the feedback - we will be implementing changes as some PDFs does not seem to load and generate - we will also implement live generation where cards will generate in real time.

    Same here, the new app is just too minimalist. The loading screen doesn't give any information on the status of the card generation and we can't always keep a computer open waiting for hours for it to finish

    I have the same issue. The app have been processing pdf for 5 hours, and than shown to me an error message.
