Memo is not complicated to use at all. All existing features are needed, and they do not need to be stripped down. The feedback we give you is to make the app better every day, not to eliminate features.
Memo Cards' features make them unique - without them, you'd be just another Study AI and lose clients.
All you need to focus on is fixing the chat system - just do what people are asking when they're chatting about textbooks. Please stop asking questions and omitting information, especially when someone requests a summary of chapter 1.
The features aren't the problem - the chat functionality needs improvement to be more direct and comprehensive in its responses.
The app's complexity isn't an issue
Features shouldn't be removed as they provide competitive advantage
The real issue is the chat system not being responsive enough
Users want direct, complete answers without unnecessary back-and-forth

Appreciate the feedback. Memo has been more hardcore in terms of features ( and I realise perhaps a more stripped down version will be in the works in the futures - for organised notes, I highly recommend you switching to the notes tab and pressing on notes. Hope this helps!
