Updated questions since last attempt

Thank you to the admin team for reviewing and updating the answers. I would like to suggest introducing a notification feature based on “questions attempted since your last attempt”, particularly for questions whose answers have been revised.

As the examination date approaches, more PPQ answers are being reviewed and corrected. However, students who attempted these questions earlier may not be notified when the answers are subsequently changed. If a question was previously marked correct, it will not appear in the error book either, meaning students may never realise that the answer has been updated.

This puts students who attempted PPQs early at a disadvantage, as they may continue revising outdated or incorrect answers without knowing that the official answer has changed. 

Could the admin team consider implementing a system that flags questions with updated answers since a student's last attempt, regardless of whether the question was previously answered correctly or incorrectly? Ideally, the platform could also indicate what has changed and notify our colleague when an answer is revised.
