So l am mainly using iPhone for revision,

  1. For copilot chat, it kept ask me to refresh saying their is an update in chat box function. and also when | leave the memo website like go to another tab or app, the chat box went empty, and I need to refresh every single time I switch in the background to another app, to review all the conversation in chat.

  2. For iPhone, in MCQ flash card, unable to scroll down to see other options or answers, the screen is freeze to the moment I open that flash card.

  3. Flash card options is creating way too much flash card, like over 1000 flash card for 50 page of PPT.
    Even with customization prompt asking for only 50.

And there is an option to choose the number of flash card generated, but it is not avaibale for now.

  1. Flash card question quality are so low and even ask about references, learning objective

  2. The practice test, for some SAQ questions, it have no answer provided or not even marked, completely empty for that question.

  3. Track mode: I click in, the content is not the topic I choose, got randomly given a random topic. Also some contents are not completed, some even have coding line. Or end with random symbols.

  4. So, I saw on your IG story, we can generate visual aid for flash card, but when I put the prompt in customisation box, it is not shower, and the flash card chat box is also not giving. Only the copilot is giving images,.

  5. And for infographics, customization function not working. Keep generating contents of the first few pages.

  6. For Al models, is not available to choose since yesterday, which is quite frustrating as I saw it is default to GPT5.2 with no options to change, but GPT 5 is bad as hell model, just like when GPT5 first release, it is working so bad and like idiot, image generated are so boring and not informative at all.

    We just pushed a big update, Memo 8.1, which should resolve all the bugs you mentioned regarding the chat, flashcards, practice tests, and generation quality.

    Hey everyone,

    Thanks so much for taking the time to write up this detailed feedback. I really appreciate it, and sorry you've run into so many issues. I've addressed these one by one below:

    1. Copilot Chat Refresh: This is fixed now.

    2. MCQ Flashcard Scrolling on iPhone: Thanks for flagging this. This is a known issue on our end, and I'm working on a fix for it.

    3. Too Many Flashcards Generated: We're currently making some big improvements to the flashcard generation logic to better respect the requested number and improve relevance. This should be rolling out soon.

    4. Low-Quality Flashcard Questions: This is also related to the improvements I mentioned above. We're working on refining the AI to avoid questions about things like references or learning objectives.

    5. Empty Answers in Practice Tests: Thanks for pointing this out. I'm investigating why some questions are showing up empty.

    6. Track Mode Content Issues: I'm looking into the topic mismatch and incomplete content bugs. Appreciate you letting me know.

    7. Visual Aids for Flashcards: This is a newer feature, and we're still working out the kinks. It should be working more reliably soon. You're right that Copilot is the best place for images right now.

    8. Infographics Customization: I've just pushed a fix for this. The customization should now work as expected and not just pull from the first few pages. Let me know if you still see issues. This is fixed now.

    9. Model Picker Missing: Sorry about that! This was a temporary bug, and I've already pushed a fix. The model picker should be back now. This is fixed now.

    Thanks again for the thorough feedback, it's super helpful for us. I'm working on getting all of these sorted out.

    Regarding the issue of “For iPhone, in MCQ flash card, unable to scroll down to see other options or answers, the screen is freeze to the moment I open that flash card.”, there are many users reported this say for an half year in this feedback forum, but it haven’t fixed it yet. I ended with using iPad everytime, but it is ridiculus, as it works in Android but not in iphone.

    It would be great, if it can be fixed.

      Thanks for flagging this and for your patience. I know it's frustrating when a bug sticks around for a while.

      Apologies for the delay on this. I'm prioritizing it and pushing out a fix for this right now.
