Makes too many flashcards

While i enjoy that deepdive saves me time I am dissapointed that it does not listen to my commands to limit the amount of flashcards to make. for instance i asked deepdive to create no more than 120 flashcards and it made 229. I can use the non deepdive (i think thats what it is)to make the cards but i like deep dive

    Thanks for flagging this. I appreciate the feedback on the Deep Dive flashcard generation.

    We've just released a big update to our flashcard system in Memo 8.0 that should give you much more control over the number of cards created. Could you give that a try and let me know what you think?

    cannot control the amount of flashcards in deep dive function

    when I tried to generate flashcards for one 88 pages pdf using deep dive function, I could not limit the amount of cards even though I chose concise amount and input prompts. More than 300 cards are produced.

      Hey Hayden,

      Thanks for the feedback on this. For controlling the output like you're trying to do, the chat feature on the left is actually much better suited for this purpose. It gives you more granular control over the card generation.

      Let me know if you give that a try
