the website always get this error and delete my practice when I am doing it and count my usage , when you guys can fix it , I already face it 6 times in 2 hours
Hey Tin, Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the trouble. I just pushed out a fix for this. We've also just released Memo 8.0 which has addressed many of these issues. Could you please try refreshing the page and see if it's working for you now? Let me know how it goes.
