.apkg file issue

when i try to import an .apkg file it starts uploading but eventually it doesn’t continue and can’t be imported, so I don’t know why does it happen and how to overcome this issue?

** it is an anki V-11 file so it is large but it is not th problem, I don’t know what is happening here!
