cannot upload files

suddenly the uploading function is broken. the network is stable, but when i upload a file of less than 1 mb, it got stuck at 10% of uploading. i refreshed and used a new notebook and tried other documents but nothing worked. so disappointed at getting a buggy version of this after increasing the price and cutting the quarter subscription option.

plus, why is there no AI choice anymore? i want to know which AI i am exactly using. you guys did not state which AI is included in the ads and i subscribed without knowing that chat gpt is no longer available on it. this is literally SCAM.

when i was using chinese as the input and output language, the AI is simply hallucinating and not knowing that it is getting wrong very frequently. even when it shows that certain thing is from a certain page, that thing is obviously not on that page, while the pdf is undoubtedly clean enough for text recognition. 

get yourself more AIs available and improve the one you have now, before increasing the price and cutting quarter subscriptions, and making every customer mad at you. thank you.
