Customisation issue

when I request something in the box of any feature especially the podcasts then it doesn’t actually applied, for example I requested to focus on specific topic in podcasts creation box but it didn’t focus on it and still the same as I didn’t request anything, and this is the problem for all other feature so shortly is can’t be customised
