Deleting folders

I deleted a folder, but there was another folder inside the folder I deleted. Now it’s just in the way of the sidebar, making searching through my decks more tedious. I can’t delete it because its in the root folder but it doesn’t show up on the homepage. I can’t move the folder i can only put things inside the folder.
