Thanks for reporting this with the screenshot. The "Messages array must not be empty" error was a bug in an update released this afternoon: after you answered Memo Agent's questions, the follow-up request was rejected. It has been fixed since 6pm Hong Kong time.
If a chat still shows your answers with no reply, send a new message in it. Memo Agent may ask its questions again, and answering them works now. I've also replied in your support chat.
