Exporting PDF

When exporting Pdf, especially notes that have Tables it is very very messy. Would like to fix that. Also even if I export a pdf that does not have tables the formatting is kind of bad. So I was wondering if there was anything else to make it better at export! I have included a couple of screenshots of pdfs as examples. Thank you!
