flashcards creation page bug

2 problems
1) the flashcard deck created before the update lost all the page tag (i cannot click on a tag with page number to review the page of my source)
2) in the new version, i try to generate flashcards, and found that page number do not match with the deck (like the card is about the content of p8, but when tag show p9, the whole set of cards generated all have this 1-page-shift)
