flashcards not being made

Good day. I currently have your subscription for memo.cards , but recently whenever I upload my pdf lecture slides it says ''Bobby here, t

This happens only when I select which pages to make flashcards of ,and the fidelity to be on Ultra, When i select any of the options like Standard and English language and make no changes, my flashcards are made .But when i specify details like Ultra and selecting pages to make flashcards of, it keeps loading for hours and eventually at the end nothing happens, please correct this error
