i lost my streaks

I have been collecting my streaks, and since the update, I lost it. This keeps me consistent and keeps pushing my study, and now… I feel lost… Can you fix this, please?

    Hey DoriRomi,

    So sorry about that! This was a temporary bug from the recent update. I've just pushed a fix and your streak should be restored now.

    Thanks for flagging this and apologies for the scare. Let me know if you're still not seeing it.

      Unfortunately, my profile still shows 1 streak. It didn’t come back to my previous status. :(

      My streak didn’t come back. I started to use Track in the first syllabus, but it didn’t work, also practice exam is not marked. It shows an error.

        Thanks for letting me know. I've just manually reset your streak for you!

        Regarding the "Track" and practice exam errors, could you let me know which syllabus this is happening in? That would help me investigate the issue.

          Thank you so much for fixing the issue with my streak. :)

          I tried in every deck of mine, and I have the same issue. Whenever there is a written answer, it cannot be checked if it is correct. I waited at different times, and still have the same message checking your answer’’. This picture below is after 30 minutes of waiting…
