Issue with mcq flashcards grading

I generated mcq flashcards from my source material, but there is a bug with the grading. Like when I select the correct answer, it turns red and marks it as incorrect, even though the explanation provided matches the exact answer I picked. Because of this, I have to manual change the correct answer one by one which is quite frustrating, so I'd appreciate it if this could be looked into.
