Keep saying my correct answers are wrong for MCQs flashcard

for example, when the answer is C, it said i am wrong and highlighted option C in red colour. But in the description, it said: option C is the correct answer. While i tried to fix it myself and wanted to changed the answer myself, im unable to change the correct answer and that section is gone
