Lagging

I’m sure it’s not my Internet problem, But sometimes when I’m doing the recall quiz , I finished the typing and then it couldn’t hand in and the whole thing is freeze , Couldn’t move a bit and couldn’t press any button, Happens for a couple times the only thing I can do is quit the app and reopen it, Can anything helps with it?
