Memo cannot find shading resources

Consistently fails to process documents because shading resources cannot be found, great app generally but can be unusable at times when 50% of uploaded documents fail to be made into cards because of a shading error. Example: Failed to process PDF: Command failed: mutool draw -q -L -F png -r 200 -w 2400 -h 2400 -o /tmp/pdf-images-XXXXXXWIBcTW/batch-106-110/page-%d.png /tmp/pdf-images-XXXXXXWIBcTW/input.pdf 106-110 warning: ICC support is not available error: cannot find Shading resource 'Sh4' error: cannot find Shading resource 'Sh16'62%

    The error you shared is from PDF page rendering. We have reproduced another PDF that fails in that stage and prepared an alternative renderer in PR #624. It has not been deployed to the background service, and I haven’t verified it against your document.

    Please send the affected notebook link through private support so I can match this failure to the file. There is no need to upload the document again or post it publicly.
