Hey,
Can you clarify one thing for me - when you open the deck on Android, are you not seeing any flip control at all, or is the card just not responding when you tap it?
If you can, send one more screenshot of the full mobile view where the card is open. That’ll help me pinpoint what’s going on.

There’s no filp button at all on my phone (in the video)
The screenshot is from my tablet which shows that the flip button is likely covered by the bottom row.
