Not working!

I have given the following prompts repeatedly trying to generate flashcards for my revision. Unsuccessful attempt, either generates not according to my instructions / error message. Please advise.

There are 8 mocks in this set, each with 20 questions (5 subquestions each). There is a questions section and an answers section for each mock. Generate 800 mock questions based on the following: On the question side, start with the stem 'Name the structure labelled A/B/C/D/E' accordingly. Also include the radiological image as this is a labelling exam. On the answer side, include exactly the answer labelled on the PDF. Do not try to regenerate or analyse answers as only exact wordings are accepted in this labelling exam. I am using a Macbook Air and wish to export to Anki for use.
