PDF reference when downloading flashcards as anki

When I try to make anki decks, the pdf reference photo does not correspond to the information on the card. I noticed that it even references documents i have not seleced e.g. from a completely different subject/notebook. Particularly from my notes on immunodeficiencies in pediatrics are used as a reference for multiple flashcards, eventhough it has nothing to do with the source material or subject ive used to create the flashcards.
