Practice Test fail to grade

The practice test cannot be graded. It keeps saying error and try again. However I tried over 10 times and refreshing etc. It still didnt work.

    Keeps saying error for everything

    I tried refreshing, the page, practice tests and chats all said error submitting or grading.
