problem about chatbot

I keep getting error from the chatbot for over 4 dats

我每次打條問題去chat 佢就會顯示：Error in Memo mode chat - please refresh the browser/reload the app and try again. Invalid prompt: The messages do not match the ModelMessagel] schema. 但我再refresh佢都係不停彈呢個message 試過轉其他嘅chatbot，都係唔得，想請問可以點樣解決🙇🏻‍♀️唔該晒你呀
