Professor AI not able to show/flip the source issue

In the previous MEMO AI track version, after starting the track, it fliped the source pdf document to corresponding page. However, in the updated MEMO AI, it tells that it has flipped to the corresponding page, but actually it hasn’t.

even i open the source pdf, it doesn’t know how to flip page automatically.

I tried in macbook and ipad, it also doesn’t work.

Please give me back the function as in the previous MEMO AI did.
